Lisa
Hilliard, Office Manager, is a license real estate
sales person and invests in residential real estate. She
has been with Childers Associates for three years.
Laura Orr is a Registered
Real Estate Appraiser. She graduated from Georgia State
University in August 1999 with a Real Estate Degree. She
has been with Childers Associates for four years. Laura
is an active member of the Appraisal Institute and is
currently working towards obtaining her MAI designation.
Her preferred property types are large vacant land tracts,
office and industrial properties.

"Tripp" Glenn, III is a Registered Real Estate
Appraiser. He graduated from Presbyterian College in 1997
with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and received
a Bachelor of Sciences degree in 1999 from the University
of South Carolina in Sports Administration. Tripp has
been employed with Childers Associates since the spring
of 2002 and is currently working to become a Certified
Real Estate Appraiser.
John
P. Murray is a Registered Real Estate Appraiser.
He has been with Childers Associates since May 2002. He
graduated in December 2002 from the University of Georgia
with a Bachelor of Business Administration in real estate.
He is an active member of the Atlanta Chapter of the Appraisal
Institute. His preferred property types are multi-family
residential and large land tracts. He also has significant
experience in the Downtown and Midtown Atlanta areas.
Chuck Hill is new to the appraisal
field and has been with Childers Associates since October
2003. He has real estate experience in the areas of commercial
property ownership & management as well as small, multi-family
residential development. Chuck is a Registered Real Estate
Appraiser and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism
from the University of Georgia in 1989.
All
of our associates and trainees are registered, licensed
or certified by the State of Georgia Real Estate Appraiser's
Board. Further, all associates and trainees are encouraged
to join and participate in activities of the Appraisal
Institute and are expected to make progress toward the
MAI designation. |
